LINX Consulting was founded by Jim Lincoln, an expert organizational leadership and performance consultant. For well over a decade, Jim has helped organizations and their people develop the capacity to thrive amidst business complications, organizational change and even complete chaos. He is highly skilled and experienced at delivering transformative enterprise-wide leadership development programs and consulting engagements to large corporations. His methodology is proven to consistently engage, inspire and elevate the performance of organizations that are undergoing large-scale changes or striving to achieve ambitious goals. Jim’s superior analytical skills and business strategy experience fueled the innovative methodology behind LINX to LeadershipSM and LINX to PerformanceSM.
Jim has worked in both small and large organizations and his industry experience spans many sectors including energy, insurance, food and beverage, transportation, telecommunications, utilities, engineering and healthcare. Jim holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. He also holds a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Montana.
Becca O’Connor is particularly involved in the development of senior management and their ability to implement organizational decisions and strategies needed to improve productivity and effectiveness. Through her experience, she has developed a deep and broad understanding of the dynamics of transition management. She also has a keen appreciation for the contributions of visionary thinking and leadership, and the importance of alternative strategies for achieving the successful implementation of complex change processes.
Becca’s history has spanned over 25 years as a consultant, entrepreneur, and operating manager. She has experience as a business owner in the sports, health, securities, and consulting industries. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, and has served more than one hundred Fortune 500 companies with her services. She is co-author the of the book the ‘The Warrior and the Monk’ and the expert behind the X-12 Leadership Appraisal℠.
Sheryl Medeiros is a utility player in the C-Suite, with a strong record of solving complex issues quickly. Nimble in start-up and established Fortune 100 environments, she moves back and forth between legal and business roles, from Chief Legal Officer to Chief Executive Officer to Chief External Affairs Officer. She brings a unique perspective and a true talent for bringing diverse constituents together to create powerful solutions.
A wife and mother of two sons, Ms. Medeiros is energetic, driven and involved. She and her husband grew up in Hawaii, she has lived on both coasts and worked in Europe, Asia, Mexico and Australia. She uses the foundation of her personal experiences to shape her success in tough global business environments. Ms. Medeiros always seeks balance and deliberately surrounds herself with people who amaze her.
