Jim holds an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. He also holds a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Montana.

Becca’s history has spanned over 25 years as a consultant, entrepreneur, and operating manager. She has experience as a business owner in the sports, health, securities, and consulting industries. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas, and has served more than one hundred Fortune 500 companies with her services. She is co-author the of the book the ‘The Warrior and the Monk’ and the expert behind the X-12 Leadership Appraisal℠.
Sheryl Medeiros is a utility player in the C-Suite, with a strong record of solving complex issues quickly. Nimble in start-up and established Fortune 100 environments, she moves back and forth between legal and business roles, from Chief Legal Officer to Chief Executive Officer to Chief External Affairs Officer. She brings a unique perspective and a true talent for bringing diverse constituents together to create powerful solutions.
A wife and mother of two sons, Ms. Medeiros is energetic, driven and involved. She and her husband grew up in Hawaii, she has lived on both coasts and worked in Europe, Asia, Mexico and Australia. She uses the foundation of her personal experiences to shape her success in tough global business environments. Ms. Medeiros always seeks balance and deliberately surrounds herself with people who amaze her.
Michael White – Executive Consultant

He has years of experience as a leadership development coach and consultant and has consulted inside companies large and small. His specializes in leading clients through corporate change, conflict resolution, professional and personal performance improvement, communication improvement, ethics & character development and culture change.
Michael holds numerous advanced Behavioral Sciences and Psychology degrees from Johns Hopkins University, The Citadel, The University of San Francisco, and Liberty University and is proud to have spent 20 years leading and developing our country’s finest young men and women as a naval officer and aviator. He also currently works as an instructor, consultant and trainer in the personal security industry as well as with the Wounded Warriors organization. He has routinely taught online courses as adjunct faculty for several colleges and universities.
