Follow-up that keeps falling through

The problem

Your follow-up is falling through the cracks

There is a whiteboard by the door with eleven jobs on it. The rest lives in your head, your estimator's notebook, and a spreadsheet nobody has opened since April. A pipeline that exists in one place, and the place is you.

Most owners reading this have bought a CRM already. It was too complicated, or nobody used it, and inside a quarter the team had gone back to the old way. The software was rarely the reason.

The software is the least interesting part. Harder to buy is somebody who builds it around how your jobs actually move.

The product

What LINX Command actually is

A CRM set up for how your business works, installed and supported by us, not handed over with a login and good luck. It holds your contacts, pipeline, follow-up and tasks in one place.

  • 01

    Contacts in one place

Every customer and prospect, with the history attached to the name.

  • 02

    A pipeline you can see

Every opportunity, the stage it sits at, and who owns the next step.

  • 03

    Follow-up that happens

Reminders and sequences, so a quote does not go cold because the week got away from somebody.

  • 04

Tasks with an owner and a date

Not a shared list. A name and a date.

  • 05

    Email in the record

The conversation stays with the contact instead of in one person's inbox.

Included

What we set up for you

This is the part that decides whether any of it gets used, and it is why Command is infrastructure rather than a subscription.

Configuration

Your stages, your fields, your workflow. Not a generic template with your logo on it.

Data migration

Contacts and open opportunities brought across and cleaned on the way in.

Live training with your team

Real sessions with the people who will use it, not a library of videos nobody watches.

Support as the business changes

When something changes, a person changes the system with you. Configuration, training and support are in all three plans.

Pricing

Three plans, and none of them charge per seat

Team size is unlimited on all three, which is the part that matters at your size. Per-seat pricing punishes you for putting the whole company on the system, so half the company stays off it, so the record is incomplete, so nobody trusts the record. Flat pricing takes that argument away on day one.

Configuration, live training and human support are included in every plan. There are no setup fees. Annual billing saves you two months.

The install

What the first month looks like

Adoption is settled in the ten days after go-live. Everything before that is preparation for those ten days.

01

Week one

We watch how the work actually moves

Time with the people who take the calls and the people who close them. The stages get built around what happens, not around what the org chart says happens.

02

Week two

The data comes across

Contacts and open opportunities are migrated and cleaned on the way in. Follow-up rules go in behind them.

03

Week three

Your team gets trained, live

With the people who will use it, on the way they will really use it. Then the first week of real use gets watched closely, because that is the week a CRM either takes or does not.

04

After that

A weekly look at the pipeline

And a change to the system whenever the business changes, which it will. How long the first three take depends on the scope, which we work out with you before anything starts.

Fit

Built for the company that has abandoned a CRM already

A strong fit

  • Opportunities go cold because follow-up depends on somebody remembering.
  • You cannot see sales activity without asking a person for it.
  • You bought a CRM before and the data went stale inside a quarter.
  • You want somebody to call rather than a ticket queue.

Not the right fit

  • You have somebody in-house who will own a system and configure it.
  • That person keeps the data clean and holds the team to using it.
  • If you have them, buy your own CRM and let them run it.

Command sits alongside the advisory and staffing services rather than replacing them. The overlap is clearer side by side.

Choosing

Command, or a CRM you buy yourself?

The software is the least interesting part. What separates these is who does the configuration, the migration, the training and the adoption.

Questions

What owners ask before they buy software again

Why buy a CRM from a consulting firm instead of one of the big platforms?

Because the software was never the hard part. Every serious CRM can hold a contact and a deal stage. What the platforms do not sell is somebody who has watched how your company takes a job from a phone call to an invoice, builds the stages around that, trains your people on it in a room, and changes it when you change. If you already have that person, buy the platform. We say that often enough that it is worth putting on the page.

Do you charge per user?

No. Team size is unlimited on all three plans, and there are no setup fees. Put the whole company on it.

Can we move our existing data in?

Yes. Contacts and open opportunities come across and get cleaned on the way in, which is often the first time anyone has looked at that list properly.

What if we outgrow it?

The data is yours and it exports. Outgrowing a CRM is a good problem and we would rather you left cleanly than stayed on something too small.

Is Command included with anything else?

Yes. LINX Connect+ at the Growth and Scale tiers includes Command at no additional cost, along with the advisor and the support staff.

How long am I committed for?

Plans are monthly, and annual billing saves two months.

Start the conversation

Show us how a job gets from the first call to the invoice.

Thirty minutes. If the process behind the CRM is the real problem, you will hear that instead of a pitch for software.
